We can manage store fit-out and refurbishments from survey and design to shop fitting and merchandising.

We can provide back-up to your existing H+S team or provide a competent person service. Our Health and Safety system works very closely with all our approved contractors to make sure you are fully compliant.
Risk Management
We can work closely with your Insurers, Safety department or advisors, and Health and Safety to help you to develop your risk management programme. A coordinated approach in this area will save you money.
Utilities
We can evaluate suppliers, tender services, monitor and act on each sites performance, create league tables and competitions between sites to promote excellence.
Waste
We can review the service in order to maximise recycling and minimise waste. We will analyse container space at every site to make sure you have the service you need without paying to have ‘fresh air' collected.
Cleaning and supplies
We can provide or evaluate your existing service. We can create new specifications and look at how to get the most consistent results whilst ensuring you still comply with legislation. We can also manage the supply of COSHH approved cleaning materials.
